How do I prepare PB2 products?
To create a traditional spread, mix 2 tablespoons of PB2 powder with 1.5 tablespoons of water and stir until smooth. You can also add the powder directly into smoothies, oatmeal, or baking mixes without adding water first.
Are PB2 products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, the majority of our products, including our Original PB2 and PB2 Cocoa, are certified gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and Non-GMO Project Verified.
What is the shelf life of PB2 powder?
Unopened jars of PB2 have a shelf life of 10-12 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 4-6 months for optimal freshness. There is no need to refrigerate the dry powder.
